Additional quote of the Day: in memory of Robert Conquest

Robert Conquest, historian of Soviet tyranny, has died at the age of 98.

He used his dry wit and his skills at poetry as much as his skill as a historian to drive home the message about how ghastly a failure Soviet Communism was.

The best way to remember Robert Conquest is to repeat some of his words, such as this limerick:

"There was a great Marxist called Lenin,
Who did two or three million men in,
That's a lot to have done in
But where he did one in
That grand Marxist Stalin did ten in."

Rest in Peace.
