No one voted for you Chris.

Nearly three hundred and fifty-two thousand people voted for the Conservative team in the North West of which I was one of the candidates.

Neither you nor I can possibly know what were the main reasons why those hundreds of thousands of people voted as they did.

But quite a few residents of West Cumbria were kind enough over the last few days to say that they were voting for me, or had done so. So it is only polite to say thank you.

Anon - top tips - If you do want to hold Chris to account then that's fine, I know I have been doing it a long time. Just if you do have something to say then say it, don't hide behind your keyboard and an Anonymous tag, you say "no one voted for you Chris" which may or may not be true, you should have added those who did vote did so for the conservative party rather the member, if that is indeed your point, but then you should have framed your comment as "351,985 people voted conservative, as a party, but they did not vote for you Chris" then it may have made sense.
