Conservatives are determined to make sure our NHS and social care services deliver for the people of this country for years to come – and leadership is central to that mission.
That is why the government today launched the most far-reaching review of health and care leadership in 40 years – led by retired Vice Chief of the Defence Staff, General Sir Gordon Messenger – which will focus on strengthening leadership, driving up innovation and more efficient ways of working, and ensuring that every pound of investment is spent well.
Conserevatives are getting on with the job, ensuring that everyone can get the care and treatment they need wherever they are in the country as we build back better.
