I am due to hand over my keys to the current house but apparently my labels are "too complicated".
now I have to hand over 3 keys for each lock, part of the contract. so I tried but they were rejected as too complicated
I mean is it just me, or is this easy, I mean.
there is one ring in the centre, from it hang 5 rings, each of the 5 rings has 3 keys and a key fob.
the fobs read
"porch ring"
"Front ring"
"Back ring"
"Gate ring"
"Shed ring"
is it just me, or is that not blindingly obvious to anyone???
maybe its just me, but the estate agent just wants one ring with all keys on it no, labels or anything, as then its apparently more clear. erm ok
Sounds pretty unbelievable but I can't pretend to be surprised.
I will make a big confession here, I have one or two friends who are estate agents and not everyone who earns their living in that sector is a dreadful person or bad at the job.
Nevertheless there are reasons why Estate Agents are one of the two professions which regularly poll below politicians in surveys of public esteem (the other is journalists.)
