Google to build a billion dollar data centre in the UK
Google have announced that they will build a $1 billion data centre here in the UK – a huge vote of confidence in the UK that shows our plan is working.
- The Conservative government has taken tough decisions in the wake of the Covid pandemic and Putin’s illegal war in Ukraine to get our economy back on track, halving inflation from 11.1 per cent to 4 per cent last year. Thanks to our plan, Google have announced they will build a $1 billion data centre on a 33-acre site in Hertfordshire, showing businesses are confident that the UK is a great place to invest for the long-term.
- We must stick with the plan as we grow the economy, delivering a brighter future for families across the UK. Keir Starmer can’t say what he would do to get the UK economy growing, because he doesn’t have a plan, taking back to square one with his £28 billion unfunded spending spree.
