Sunday music spot: Haydn's "Insanae et vanae curae"
The words of Haydn's musical masterpiece can be roughly translated into English as follows
"A crazed and hopeless passion invades our minds,
Again and again madness fills our hearts and robs us of hope."
"How can it profit you, O mortal, to seek for earthly riches but take no thought of Heaven?"
"Yet if God is for you, all things are possible for you."
No comments from either side of the Brexit debate suggesting this is applicable to the other, please!
