The NHS Medical director writes in the Guardian on emergency cover

Sir Bruce Keogh, medical director of the NHS in England, has written in the Guardian that withdrawing emergency cover crosses a line and will damage trust in doctors.

It might also, of course damage the health of unfortunate patients.

I would like to see both sides in the Junior Doctors' contract dispute return to the negotiating table.
