Why politicians are wise to avoid mentions of "Dad's Army"

One subject of which MPs are usually wise to avoid any mention is the TV sitcom "Dad's Army" about the Local Defence Volunteers during World War II

I quite like the concept of the "left pole".

When you stand at the North pole on Earth, then every single direction is South. Well the "left pole" is a similar concept, where by every single opinion that is different to yours is right or far right.

That's why we see so much of this sort of thing, "Wow, how could the far right do this sort of thing"

Or the "far right" speaker, Jordan Peterson. Or Brexit caused by the far right. The Left pole is a very real concept i think.
