Polls suggest even Labour voters prefer Rishi to Dodds

Polls give Rishi Sunak a 44% to 6% lead over Labour's Shadow Chancellor Annaliese Dodds when voters are asked who would make the best Chancellor of the Exchequer, according to Guido Fawkes.

Even among 2019 Labour voters the real chancellor is preferred to his Labour shadow by 21% to 14%.

Actually I'm surprised that even 6% of voters knew who Annaliese Dodds was.

Sunak? Dodds? What does it matter as long as a private school educated Oxbridge PPE graduate professional politician is Chancellor of the Exchequer?

I'm less bothered by what school someone went to than by how well they are doing the job.
