Cumbria NHS Public Meetings next week

Cumbria's NHS "Success Regime" is consulting about the future of healthcare in West and North Cumbria. The maternity proposals are particularly controversial but there are also major issues around Accident and Emergency (A&E), stroke care, and community hospitals (sometimes known as "cottage" hospitals.

THERE ARE SOME VERY IMPORTANT PUBLIC MEETINGS NEXT WEEK about these proposals and indeed, more meetings in the later part of November.

If you care about the local NHS in Cumbria it is really important that we have a good turnout for these.
