Coronavirus diary, day 73
I mentioned in Friday's diary entry that it had been windy - I learned today that a number of buildings in and around Whitehaven had their roofs damaged.
But this weekend we are largely back to beautiful weather.
They days do rather seem to have merge into one though, with so much of the weekly routine suspended.
Seems funny to see so little fuss today about the 76th anniversary of D-Day when there was such a big thing made of the 75th anniversary of VE day a few days ago. Perhaps people think there is only so much commemoration it is appropriate to do in any one year - and the heroes of D-Day were all remembered as part of the commemoration of the victory against Nazism.
Keep well.
