7 of those are ok.

but 3 of them are not.

Number 4 - buying houses - So you increase the cost of homes in first place, creating a bubble, fab. Why not just introduce LVT and then you dont even need Number 2 Iits been replaced by LVT)and it will also help a lot with Number 1.

Number 7 - capping welfare - is misleading, if welfare was capped at the level of a person working a week on min wage, then ok, but its not.

Number 9 - Vote on "Europe" - this is misleading, as planning a hodgepodge article 48 fudge and hoping to wing it for a generation, is not a fair vote on the UK membership of the EU
