Coronavirus Diary, day 80
Another very hot day.
Another Sunday unable to go to church, but for the third week running able to appreciate the service posted on line by St James' Whitehaven.
Shops allowed to open from tomorrow.
Easing the lockdown is going top be a very difficult one to get right but I hope for all our sakes that the government can get the balance right.
Keep Well.
Although the 2 metre rule is under review, at the moment it is still in force and for now the moment the advice is still as follows

The government is not without sufficient influence on the situation that it is important they get it right.
Even most of those who have lost faith in the government pay some attention to what it says, because most of them are in one of two groups - those who think the government is over-cautious and those who don't thik it is cautious enough.
Many in the former group will do anything the government says is safe and then go a bit further.
While the latter group who are more cautious that the government will tend to do nothing that the government advises is not safe and also won't do some things that the government says are safe.
So even if you think that a lot of people have question marks over government advice, it still makes a difference and it is still important that they get the balance as good as humanly possible.
