Alan Jacob RIP

Sorry to learn that my former colleague on Copeland Borough Council, Alan Jacob, who represented Gosforth ward, died last Tuesday after a long illness.

There will be a service for him at Distington crematorium followed by a church service at St Mary's Church Gosforth on Thursday 17th August. Times are yet to be confirmed.

Alan worked hard for Gosforth. He was a very sincere and committed individual and was never afraid to speak his mind.
