The decline of the daily newspaper

Atul Hatwal, editor of "Labour Uncut" has written an excellent article called "enjoy your daily paper during the campaign; it might not be there next time round" about the decline of the daily newspaper. He predicts there is a good chance that four of the current eleven daily newspapers might no longer exist in print form by the 2020 general election.

He presents a very well-argued and evidence-based narrative about the way the media is changing in the internet age and has some thoughts about how this may affect political campaigning, which are relevant to people in other parties as well as Labour.
