Isnt Tory doctrine reducing corporation tax is a win win, less tax for business more tax take for the state. It appear Boris has seen through this nonsense.

No, that is an over-simplistic parody of our position.

Conservative policy is that taxes should be as low as is compatible with funding essential public services properly and keeping the deficit and the national debt under control.

We would like to be able to cut taxes on families, individuals and companies but not to the point where it puts the national finances in jeopardy or leaves us unable to meet our promises to increase funding on the NHS, put 20,000 more police on our streets, and improve the funding of schools.
