The missile strike in Poland
Yesterday, the Prime Minister spoke to President Andrzej Duda following reports of a missile strike in Poland, expressing condolences for the victims and their families.
- Britain is deeply concerned by reports that one, or two, missiles landed in Poland yesterday, killing two civilians.
- That is why the Prime Minister spoke with Polish President Andrzej Duda from the G20 summit in Indonesia yesterday, offering the assistance needed to urgently establish what happened and expressing condolences for the victims and their families.
- We will remain in close contact with Poland and continue to coordinate with our international partners, including NATO, as we establish the facts.
