Russia's "Unfriendly countries" list
This month the Putin government in Russia published a list of "unfriendly countries."
It named two nations - the United States of America and the Czech Republic.
Russian governments are notoriously so difficult to read that the term "Kremlinology" is sometimes used to refer to the study of any secretive group or process.
I am having trouble making up my mind whether to be pleased, offended, or indifferent.
That's because it is difficult to be certain whether the fact that Britain is not on this list should be read as an olive branch or a deliberate insult.
