Music for Easter Monday: Thomas Tallis and John Goss
Two English anthems written three centuries apart, with titles which mean the same thing in Latin and English. Totally different styles, both beautiful.
First here is the 16th century composer Thomas Tallis's anthem, "Salvator Mundi" sung by the Sixteen:
