Yes Tony Blair's Speech was quite silly so as usual the Daily Mash had to try and make something sensible from it.

Hard to do really. It was entitled "Europe - a very good reason to vote Labour"

firstly I'm not sure if it was addressed to "Europe" which would be quite odd as most people in Europe cant vote labour even if they wanted to, or if "Europe" is the good reason, and like so many others he just gets the EU and Europe mixed up. Though then a good reason to vote labour, again quite ironic as Labour wont offer a referendum and the speech contains 3000 or so words which tell me why I absolutely should not vote Labour.

So again three cheers to the daily mash for managing to make some sort of coherent story from it.

I can't help hoping that Blair's intervention will cost Miliband many thousands of votes rather than helping him. It certainly ought to.

I was moved to put the passage below forward as a quote today when I saw a horrible post on twitter from someone writing that it was "excellent" that someone who took a different view from her about Brexit had died. I won't write which way round it was so that all the Remain supporters can assume the post was from a Brexit fanatic welcoming the death of a remainer and all the Leavers can assume it was a Remainiac welcoming one less Brexiteer.
