The Brexit Briefs
The Economist has been publishing a series of thoughtful and well argued articles on the merits of leaving or remaining in the EU.
These are gathered together as "The Brexit Briefs" which you can read at
http://www.economist.com/sites/default/files/EconomistBrexitBriefs16.pdf?force=scn/tw/te/pe/ed/brexitbreifspdf
They come down on the side of Remain, so if you are not interested in hearing that side of the case don't bother, but they do try to assess the arguments from both sides. If you are interested in a well-written assessment of the issues as it seems from a non-partisan Remain perspective you will not find a better one.
