I think this is a good post to put this, its a booklet all about what happened to UK fisheries, and it covers a lot of how the EU works as well.

Its written by John Ashworth of "Restore Britains Fish" - one of the key groups that form The Leave Alliance. It is well worth a read, if your eyes are up up to it :-)

Any way you will find it Here

Thanks, Jim, will have a read when my eyes are more recovered which will probably be tomorrow.

For perhaps 42 of the 45 years since Britain joined the EU the utterly indefensible mess which was the Common Fisheries Policy was one of the strongest arguments against our membership.

I used to say that "Because fish move, it would actually be a good idea to have a rational common fisheries policy. What a shame we don't have one."

However, two or three years ago we finally - FINALLY - started to get some genuine and very significant reforms in the policy which is now massively different to what it was.

I will be interested to see what the document has to say about how the new policy is working.l
